- On May 24, 26 and 31, 2022 the VLab CoE Brazil will host the online course Satellite Oceanography Products: Concepts, Access and Data Processing. With a total duration of 15 hours, the course will address some of the satellite oceanography products available, passive and active sensors, among other concepts of remote sensing of the oceans and their applications. In the hands-on sessions, students will learn how to access and manipulate data from various satellites using the Python programming language. The course tutors are specialists from the Division of Satellites and Meteorological Sensors (DISSM), and the Division of Weather and Climate Forecasting (DIPTC) of INPE.
