Description:
The Convection Working Group (CWG) is the body of knowledge in relation to convection and storms. This event gathers together convection experts both from operational and research and developer world, sharing the experience and applications on monitoring the convection with satellites. Special emphasis is on sharing experiences on new generation geostationary satellites such as GOES and Himawari, and on first experiences with MTG-I1 data.
The event is again organized jointly with MTG 3T Forum, which is the user and expert group for MTG applications.
Invitations include several collaborators and partners globally.
