- The course equips the participant with knowledge and skills to work as an Advanced-level Meteorological Technician with prospects to work in weather /climate/ environmental monitoring, forecasting, research, and training. The training provides the student with the skills and knowledge contained in the Basic Instruction Package for Meteorological Technicians. It further seeks to ensure that the participants can demonstrate skills and requisite competencies to work as Meteorological Technician. - Candidates who successfully completed the Middle Meteorological Technician Course (equivalent to WMO Class III), Candidates with A-Level certificate in physical science or related disciplines, Candidates with at least a credit in Mathematics and Physics in A-Level
