National Meteorological and Hydrological Services are essential for the management of observation networks and systems, as well as for supporting the Integrated Global Observing System of Systems (WIGOS). This activity is part of the South-South Twinning (SST) WIGOS peer-to-peer collaboration between countries developed within the framework of the ENANDES+ project and arises in response to countries' need for more information about this system and how to comply with current regulations. The "Improving the Adaptive Capacity of Andean Communities through Climate Services" (ENANDES) project is funded by the Adaptation Fund and involves the NMHSs of three Andean countries (Chile, Colombia, and Peru), the Regional Climate Center for Western South America represented by CIIFEN, and the Regional Training Center of Peru, managed by SENAMHI.
