- This April 2026 bi-monthly Regional Focus Group (RFG) Discussion (conducted in English) will focus on High-resolution Cloud Analysis Information (HCAI). On this RFG, the Introduction to Cloud Products of the Himawari Meteorological Satellite, Including HCAI and the Implementation of HCAI Product for Extreme Weather Analysis in Indonesia will be presented by the experts from Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) and Indonesia Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG). Anyone interested in this topic are welcome to attend. The session will be held via Zoom from 02:00 to 04:00 UTC, and the meeting room opens at 01:50 UTC for participants who wish to test their microphone and camera in advance.
