- IMPORTANT NOTICE (COVID-19/SARS-2): We will assess the situation and short notice cancellation of face-to-face events may occur, if a high risk of COVID transmission is detected. We will inform you if this is the case. We shall try to meet some of the objectives through self-paced learning material that we will make available via MOODLE platform in May 2020. The training course is the Advanced South Eastern Europe Meteorological (SEEMET) training course, which will be organised by the ANM Romania with the EUMETSAT, EUMeTrain and EUMETCAL support. The course will be focused on mid-latitude cyclones.
- Targeted Audience:
- The target audiences for the course are meteorological forecasters from the SE European countries: Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Republic of North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Romania, Kosovo (UNSCR 1244/1999), Greece and Albania. Since it is an advanced course, it is designed for more experienced forecasters.
